The Beginning

Well this is a first for me. I don't really know how this all works, but I've a lot of time on my hands at the moment so this will give me something to do.

My name is Eileen Larkin, I am 52 years young. Married with three grown up children. I will post pictures later when I have discovered how ha ha!

I work in a Medical Device Factory, its OK, Pays the Bills etc. I am a qualified Beauty Therapist, Massage Therapist, Make up Artist and Nail Technician. I had my own Salon up until 6 years ago then due to bad health had to give it up.

I am off work at the moment due to a shoulder injury. I am having surgery next month, so will probably be off till near Christmas. I am unable to do a lot of things that we take for granted, (washing my hair....Getting dressed.......Even wiping my A@@@ is a problem. Hoovering, Making the Bed, Hanging out washing , Ironing, the list is endless )

Its funny how you always feel so sorry for yourself when you can't do stuff, you forget all about the people who are worse off than you, its all poor me, :-)

I have been on the computer a lot since I've been off sick I don't really watch television. Been watching a lot of You Tube My God you can find anything on there. I've been loving the Beauty stuff, especially the Make up tutorials.

Time for lunch and Med's.
